Full size harpoon point – Although it is always assumed that the harpoon was a hunting tool used exclusively for large sea creatures and fish in shallow waters, they would almost certainly have also been used to hunt land game with equal efficiency. These beautiful objects are made from spatulas split from bone or antler, which are then hand crafted and smoothed with flint tools.
